A beta beta-testing program for Shadowlands, the fantasy MMO developed by Fantasy Flight Games, has received a big boost from investors.
Shadowlands, which was recently announced for PC, Mac and Linux, will launch for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in June, with a beta program open for another beta in early 2018.
The beta program for the new game is now available for beta testers.
For the beta-testers, the game will feature “a robust PvP system that offers a challenging, tactical experience” and is “designed to give players the chance to get their hands dirty and explore the vast world of Shadowlands.”
According to a post on Fantasy Flight’s forums, the beta program “is open to both new and returning players.
Beta testers will have the opportunity to test the game’s combat system, and they will be given the chance at the game to explore the game world in a more intimate setting than before.”
Shadowlands is set in the world of the same name from Fantasy Flight.
The game will be released on PC, PS4 and Xbox Live Arcade on June 14.
